Key Responsibilities Define Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a scalable sales plan to achieve ambitious revenue goals and expand PCG global market presence. Lead Team Growth : Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Drive Revenue : Prospect, pitch, and close deals with enterprise clients and key accounts, leveraging PCG cutting-edge payment solutions. Optimize Processes : Oversee pipeline management, CRM utilization (e.g., Salesforce), and sales forecasting to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate Strategically : Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales with PCG innovation roadmap. Build Relationships : Cultivate long-term client partnerships to drive repeat business and position PCG as a trusted fintech leader. Analyze Performance : Use data-driven insights to track KPIs, refine strategies, and report progress to senior leadership. Qualifications Experience : 7+ years in B2B sales, with 3+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally in fintech, payments, or SaaS. Proven Success : Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and scaling sales teams in competitive markets. Leadership : Exceptional ability to recruit, coach, and motivate diverse sales teams while driving accountability. Industry Expertise : Knowledge of payment processing, card schemes, or digital commerce is a plus.
