Were working closely with a high-profile veterinary employer in Hong Kong to identify a Lead Clinical Equine Vet for a senior role that combines hands-on clinical work with team leadership and strategic input.

The Role: This senior position is based in Hong Kong with regular clinical duties across two major equine facilities, including one of the regions top racehorse training centres. Youll lead a multidisciplinary team caring for a large population of elite Thoroughbreds and retired equines used in riding and equestrian sport.

What Theyre Looking For:

• Veterinary degree eligible for registration in Hong Kong
• 5+ years of equine experience including racetrack or sports horse work
• Diplomate status or residency training in equine surgery or sports medicine is highly regarded but not essential
• Confident clinician with strong decision-making and communication skills
• Comfortable in a leadership setting and working collaboratively across teams
• Fluent in English (Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus but not essential)
