Sales Associate

Hästens, a leader in luxury sleep solutions, is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. This role demands a customer-first mindset, strong sales acumen, and the ability to leverage CRM tools to enhance client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele using CRM insights.

- Guide customers through the purchasing process with expertise and care.

- Achieve sales targets while ensuring a personalized and seamless customer journey.

- Stay informed about Hästens products, history, and brand values to act as an ambassador.

- Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions and identify sales opportunities.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in luxury retail sales or a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
