Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and reviewing Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) management system documentation, including job hazard analyses, risk assessment reports, EHS management plans, EHS procedures and related documents
• Coordinate, plan, implement and report on EHS inspections, as well as internal and external audits, for assigned projects or operating sites on a regular basis
• Enhance EHS standards and recommend corrective and preventive actions to address unsafe practices and non-compliances
• Conduct investigations into incidents and accidents, prepare investigation reports and propose measures to prevent recurrence
• Plan, organize and deliver various EHS trainings and promotional activities for staff and workers, including EHS induction, toolbox talks and other specific trainings as required
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management, or a related discipline
• Registered Safety Officer with the Labour Department is a must
• 1-3 years of safety experience in main contractor of relevant experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is preferred
