Why Join
As a Risk Policy and ESG Risk Specialist at OCBC, you will play a critical role in managing end-to-end Enterprise and Credit Risk policies, support ESG risk initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will have the opportunity to work with various stakeholders to develop and implement risk policies that support the bank's strategic objectives.
How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Wholesale Credit Risk Management, ESG, and Sustainability Risk Management. You will need to collaborate with various teams to identify and assess risks, and develop policies and procedures to mitigate them. You will also need to support to stakeholders to ensure that they understand and comply with the bank's risk policies.
