Job Overview

Operations supports for XOVĒ skincare
Support retail team onoriz administrative tasks
5-day office, 14-day AL, stable environment

Responsibilities

Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team e.g. data entry, filing, PO creation, file maintenance and office stock count
Support retail team on administrative tasks such as supplies ordering, BA database, POS, attendance system maintenance, store operations maintenance
Prepare monthly frontline roster and ensure all stores are running smoothly according to our business and operations needs
Assist in ad‑hoc assignment/projects for marketing such as memo creation, liaise with IT department for promotion code setup
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, mails and couriers
Co‑ordinate all stores opening and closing, as well as ad‑hoc events if needed
Assist in ad‑hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirement

Degree holder with at least 2 years’ experience in retail operations support, experience in beauty industry is an advantage
Detail‑minded, able to multi‑task and efficient time management
Flexible, good interpersonal skill and adaptable to fast‑pace environment
Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, & Power Point
