Overview

Reporting to the Senior Leasing Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing optimal retail 地點s for a multi-unit retail brand. She/he will drive expansion strategy by evaluating market opportunities, managing the site selection process, and overseeing lease agreements to support profitable growth across the chain.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute real estate strategies aligned with 公司名稱 growth goals
Identify and evaluate potential store 地點s based on demographic, traffic, and financial criteria
Lead site selection, due diligence, and lease negotiations with landlords and brokers
Manage portfolio of existing leases, including renewals, re地點s, and terminations
Collaborate with legal, finance, construction, and operations teams to ensure timely store openings
Maintain accurate real estate data and market intelligence for strategic planning

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
At least 5 years of retail leasing experience, preferably from chain store environment
Proven track record in lease negotiation, site selection, and portfolio management
Strong understanding of market analysis, demographics, and retail trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
