職位 Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing strategy and execution across the Asia region, while working closely with global regional marketing teams to ensure brand alignment, cross-market collaboration, and scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute overall marketing strategy across the Asia region
Manage regional marketing teams and coordinate online and offline marketing initiatives
Collaborate closely with global marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and cross-region project execution
Develop and optimize paid traffic acquisition strategies (Meta, Google, Affiliates, Programmatic, etc.)
Monitor campaign performance, conversion funnels, and ROI to improve acquisition efficiency
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure aligned and compliant execution
Oversee major industry events, sponsorships, and large-scale marketing campaigns
Provide regular performance and growth reports to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Finance or related fields preferred
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with regional or team leadership experience preferred
Strong expertise in performance marketing, paid acquisition, and data-driven optimization
Experience in Forex, fintech, or trading platforms is highly preferred
Demonstrated experience managing multi-brand marketing operations within a group environment, with strong multitasking and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
Strong cross-cultural communication and collaboration capabilities
Results-oriented, proactive, and execution-driven mindset
