Founded in 1983, Gemini Personnel is one of Hong Kongs largest and most respected recruitment firms, with offices across China, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. We are currently seeking a motivated and resourceful Recruiter to join our Executive Division in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

·        Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

·        Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese

·        Excellent interpersonal skills and client service orientation

·        Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-focused

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top-tier candidates through various channels

·        Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability

·        Client Engagement: Support client relationships and understand hiring needs

·        Job Matching: Align candidate profiles with client requirements

·        Process Coordination: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement

·        Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent availability

·        Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
