We are currently hiring a QA Lead to manage quality assurance processes by leading a team, developing test strategies, overseeing test execution, and collaborating with development and product teams to ensure software quality and reliability before release.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality protocols tailored to project goals
• Supervise the execution of various test types, including manual, automated, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Work closely with product managers and development teams to align on release cycles, clarify requirements, and resolve issues
• Define, monitor, and report on quality metrics, such as test coverage, defect density, and test progress, to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in the overall QA process by documenting procedures, identifying weaknesses, and implementing new solutions

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of Testing and Leadership experience in Insurance field is required
• Hands‑on with Test Strategy, Test Plan, and execution, ideally with both Manual and Automated testing
• Strong understanding with the Insurance industry
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (both spoken and written)
