Company description:

Chun Wo was founded in 1968 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1993. It is a renowned construction company in Hong Kong in building construction, civil engineering, foundations, electrical and mechanical engineering, railway and transport engineering, maintenance engineering and interior design engineering. Apart from developing its core construction business, Chun Wo has been diversifying its business into property development, property investment, property management and security services in recent years. Construction and development projects of the Group are widely distributed in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan and Vietnam. Job description:

Responsibilities

• To handle the public complaints, queries, requests, claims, attending neighborhood meetings & any other public concerned issues in connection with the project works;
• Communicate and liaise with the local community and District Council members.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Communications / Public Relations or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management;
• Experience in releasing press materials and handling general public enquiries;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua);
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
• Well versed in MS office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing);
• Willing to work at construction site office;
• Working location in Tung Chung.
