Project Manager

Role Description:

Pivotal role within the Mobile Technology Standardization Program.

Lead a team of engineers managing corporate mobile phone provision/replacement and decommissioning of old phones.

Collaborate with Project Managers on migrations while ensuring team adherence to processes and procedures.

II. Role and Responsibilities:

Manage and direct the regional operations team.

Ensure compliance with guidelines for data-bearing assets.

Identify and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines.

Monitor and report progress, addressing roadblocks.

Provide updates to the Mobile Technology Standardization Program Lead.

Liaise with global counterparts for program consistency.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

III. Key Skills/Experience:

Extensive experience in a technology role, preferably in financial or investment banking.

Strong team leadership skills.

Proven adherence to detailed processes.

Self-motivated with high attention to detail.

Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and global peers.

Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Strong communication skills across all management levels.

Deep understanding of desktop hardware and components.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
