Support the Park Entertainment team in delivering daily entertainment, seasonal events, and special productions, while handling urgent operational issues as they arise.
Assist in show and event planning, preparation, and coordination with relevant teams.
Supervise performers, event assistants, and crew to ensure show quality meets established standards.
Oversee the smooth execution of shows and events, including preparing cue lists/prompt books and calling cues during performances.
Assist with manpower scheduling, timecard calculations, and inventory preparation.
Report directly to supervisors or managers.
RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; a university degree is preferred.
Responsible, pleasant, and able to follow instructions.
Strong communication skills; fluent in Cantonese, with a good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
Self‑motivated, mature, and capable of working independently, while also being a strong team player.
Proficient in computer applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Familiarity with Ocean Park festive events is an advantage.
Willing to work outdoors and on shifts, including nights, weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), and public holidays.
