Presales - Consultant

Your Job Duties:

• Support Sales team to drive different IT services business or opportunities

• Handle technical Pre-Sales role for customer meeting, product demo, proposal writing, support enquiries of Sales Team

• Responsible for technical solution designs and scoping professional services

• Provide technical support and handle daily phone-in and email enquires

• Responsible for infrastructure project implementation and project management

• Good problem solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills to deal with vendors and end users

Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

• Distributor or SI experience would be an advantage

• Experience on below brands and technologies have advantages

• Storage knowledge on NetApp, Dell/EMC, HPE etc.

• Server knowledge on HPE, Dell/EMC, Lenovo etc.

• Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V

• Backup: Veeam, Commvault, Veritas
