Payment Operations Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payment Operations Specialist to oversee our payment systems and processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient payment operations, enhance user experience, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis and innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the payments engine, proactively identifying and resolving payment-related issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive and up-to-date documentation repository that encompasses all payment processes, workflows, and best practices.
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and other validation methods to ensure the successful deployment of new systems and the onboarding of payment partners.
· Analyze payment data, including customer payment patterns and preferences, to identify trends, optimize processes, and enhance overall payment efficiency.
· Collaborate with payment partners , ensuring an intuitive and engaging customer experience.
· Drive initiatives to enhance our products and operational processes, focusing on improving efficiency and effectiveness.
· Identify and implement data-driven opportunities for improvements and innovations in our payment operations.
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in finance/finance/economics is preferred, familiar with payment and financial regulations
- 3 years of payment industry background, good understanding of payment resources and industry, ability to adapt to cross-time zone support
- Ability to discover, judge and solve problems, and have process logic and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work closely with other teams to effectively advance multiple projects
- Oral & written language proficiency in both English and Chinese

崗位內容:- 負責支付引擎的日常運營,主動識別並解決支付相關問題,與內部團隊及外部合作夥伴協作,確保支付流程順暢高效。
- 協助建立並維護全面、更新及時的文檔庫,涵蓋所有支付流程、工作流及最佳實踐。
- 執行用戶驗收測試(UAT)及其他驗證方法,確保新系統順利上線及支付合作夥伴順利接入。
- 分析支付數據,包括客戶支付行爲和偏好,識別趨勢,優化流程並提升整體支付效率。
- 與支付合作夥伴緊密協作,確保客戶體驗直觀流暢。
- 推動產品及運營流程優化項目,專注於提升操作效率和效果。
- 通過數據驅動的方式識別並實施改進和創新機會,提升支付運營水平。
- 本科及以上學歷,金融、經濟相關專業優先;熟悉支付及金融行業相關法規。
- 具備3年以上支付行業經驗,了解支付資源及行業動態,能適應跨時區支持工作。
- 具備問題發現、判斷與解決能力,擁有良好的流程邏輯思維及數據分析能力。
- 具備優秀的溝通與團隊協作能力,能與多個團隊緊密合作,高效推進多個項目。
- 具備良好的中英文口語及書面表達能力。
