Job Description:

職位描述：We are seeking a mature and responsible Part-Time Courier and Logistics Officer to join our team.我們正在尋找一位成熟且負責任的兼職快遞及物流專員加入我們的團隊。As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for handling courier orders, managing warehouse shipments, and ensuring smooth inventory operations.作為我們物流部門的關鍵成員，您將負責處理快遞訂單、管理倉庫發貨，並確保順暢的庫存操作。

Key Responsibilities:

主要職責：

• Inventory Management: 庫存管理：
  • Handle receiving, picking, measuring, repackaging (if necessary), and dispatching parcels to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • 負責收件、執貨、量度、再包裝（如需要）及發貨，確保倉庫操作順暢。
• Data Verification: 數據核對：
  • Manage product inventory and verify quantities, maintaining accurate stock records.
  • 負責產品庫存管理及核對數量，保持準確的庫存記錄。
• Logistics Coordination: 物流協調：
  • Assist in checking, organizing, and arranging transportation (e.g., logistics companies, SF Express, DHL) to ensure timely delivery.
  • 協助檢查、整理及安排運輸（如物流公司、順豐、DHL），確保貨物及時送達。
• Enquiry Handling: 處理客戶查詢：
  • Manage customer enquiries via intercom, phone, email, etc.
  • 透過對講機、電話、電子郵件等處理客戶查詢。

• Mature and responsible individual.
• 成熟且負責任的個人。
• Available daily during specified hours.
• 在指定時間內每日可工作。
• Ability to work long-term.
• 能夠長期工作。
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• 強烈的細節關注和組織能力。
• Excellent communication skills.
