Part-time Accounting Officer

MF Jebsen International Limited is a holding company based in Hong Kong, formed in 2002 following a restructuring of the Jebsen Group of Companies. We invest in diversified businesses with growth potential, including travel services, automotive, insurance brokerage, electronics, shipping, property investments and nature conservation.  As we continue to grow our business, we are currently seeking high-caliber candidates to join our team.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payment and receipt processing, and preparation of accounting schedules

• Prepare vouchers and perform bank reconciliations

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and assignments as directed by senior staff

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accounting or a related discipline

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the accounting field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong spreadsheet skills

• Self-motivated, mature, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Working Hours: 9:00am to 1:00pm, Monday to Friday or 20 hours per week
