Operations Officer (Mainland Business)

What You will be Doing

  • Support mainland delivery daily operation including order monitoring, customer case handling, and logistic vendor management to ensure smooth operation and maintain good service quality

  • Improve workflow streamlining and automation to enhance operational efficiency so as to improve overall experiencs

  • Prepare operational / sales reports for analysis trending and business approaches

  • Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as designated

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline

  • 1-2 years experience in Project Management/ E-commerce is preferred

  • Demonstrates a strong problem solving, planning, organizing, communication and coordination skills is essential

  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Processing

  • Fresh graduates are also welcomed

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operation Associate
