Operation Manager

We are looking for dynamic candidate to fill the role of Operation Manager to coordinate overall business operations including market expansion, budget management, purchasing and accounting, ensuring the organisation operation.

• Manage the daily operations of the business
• Expand the Companys business into different markets
• Work with the leadership team to align with business direction and objectives
• Supervise budgeting, financial reporting and other elements that affect companys income
• Ensure that the business and the related contracts follow all relevant rules and regulations, especially on the topic of food safety
• Advise the Board of Directors on investment opportunities and monitor the performance of the investments
• Maintain customer relationships and consider customer service quality.
• Be familiar with the pulse of the industry, formulate strategies and tactics, and plan future trends

Position Requirements：

• A bachelors or masters degree in business related field
• 5 plus years of relevant work experience
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English 
• In-depth knowledge of the confectionery industry
• Understanding of finance and budgeting
• Ability to build relationship with customers and partners
• Ability to perform statistical analysis, logical causal analysis, and business model development
• Prefer to have related experience in Asia, especially China and Taiwan
