Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the implementation of organizational policies and plans
- Monitor the environment to facilitate safety, security and optimal health for both clients and staff of the department
- Ensure the smooth operations and administration of the department to improve standard of care
- Monitor and manage the department financially, prepare budget and control cost
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary team internally and externally on the delivery of patient service
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Nursing
- Holder of a Certificate of Registration and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong
- Minimum 10 years nursing experience, of which 5 years must be at supervisory level
- Relevant post-registration clinical nursing qualification and/or management training is preferable
