Our client, a global leader in retail and consumer goods, is seeking a skilled LLM Developer to join their innovative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop groundbreaking applications powered by large language models (LLMs).

Your New Role

• Design and develop LLM-driven applications, including advanced chatbots and tools for LLM agents.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) on domain-specific data for improved performance.
• Build data pipelines to support external knowledge retrieval and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate LLMs into existing systems and agent-based workflows.
• Stay updated on generative AI technologies and apply frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
• Implement LLMOps processes for efficient deployment, monitoring, and optimization in production.

What Youll Need to Succeed

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Proven expertise in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models.
• Experience with RAG workflows and building pipelines for external knowledge integration.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks, tool integration, or multi-step workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
