Merchandiser in Hong Kong - Boutique / Decoration / Home textile

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and develop a variety of product categories of Boutique/Decoration/Home textile, especially catching up with the industry and market trend, new, innovative and sustainable concept 
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, build strong relationships with partners and drive sales growth for European markets
• Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentation during buying trips and sales meetings.
• Manage project and order timeline, ordering process and coordinate production with partners and suppliers.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers on relevant terms and conditions
• Manage supplier performance to meet quality standards and social compliances

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Proven 3+ years of experience in retail, sourcing, sales, or market analysis
• Customer-focused mindset 
• Well organized, highly motivated, proactive, and open-minded
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Additional language skills (including German, Italian, Spanish or French) is an advantage
• Willing to travel when necessary
• Immediate available is preferred
