As we expand our presence in Hong Kong with a new flagship store in Harbour City, we are seeking an experienced and driven Retail Store Supervisor & Sales Associate to lead our retail team and bring our brand vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• • Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow, team productivity, and top-tier customer service.
  • Drive sales performance by motivating the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by offering expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and ensure all displays align with the brands image and standards.
  • Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, sales reporting, and store administration.
  • Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of sales staff to build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and head office to execute in-store promotions, brand events, and pop-up activations.
  • Maintain a clean, luxurious, and welcoming retail environment that reflects the brands premium identity.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of retail experience
• Previous experience in jewelry, fashion accessories, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Strong passion for fashion, vintage aesthetics, and personalized jewelry craftsmanship.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin; able to engage confidently with local and international clientele.
• Energetic, hands-on, and adaptable to fast-paced, high-traffic retail environments.

• -處理日常店務運作，包括庫存管理、銷售記錄及結帳流程。
• -積極參與品牌推廣活動及快閃活動，增強顧客對品牌的認知與忠誠度。
• -與團隊合作，維持店內整潔及高端零售環境，確保顧客享有舒適購物體驗。

任職要求

• -至少1-3年零售經驗，具珠寶、時尚配飾或潮流生活方式品牌經驗者優先。
• -熱衷時尚及復古文化，對珠寶設計及品牌故事有濃厚興趣。
• -溝通及人際交往能力，擅長與多元客群建立良好關係。
• -流利粵語、英語及普通話，能以專業態度應對國際客戶。
• -主動積極，具團隊合作精神，適應高流量的零售環境。
