What requirements youll need to be eligible

  • Bachelors degree in related discipline
  • 8+ years relevant solid experience in promotions / marketing in property developers
  • Good in digital marketing and media relations with strong market sense
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced & pressurized environment
  • Proven English and Chinese proficiency

    • What youll be doing on the job

  • Support the team to develop effective marketing tactics and strategies, from idea generation to execution
  • Plan and oversee all marketing functions aligned to the brand positioning
  • Identify potential brand-compatible partnerships for joint promotions
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders, tenants and agencies in promoting the assets
