To cope with our business needs, we invite high calibre professional to fill the following 職位:-

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor order management processes, including branch orders to suppliers and factory, ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of branch orders to support business needs
  • Ensure Procure-to-Pay process, from order placement, receiving and settlement to comply the 公司名稱 policy
  • Analyze materials demand patterns and seasonality, develop demand forecast models and replenishment models to ensure optimal inventory levels and materials availability and movement
  • Work closely with internal supply chain teams on materials forecast, delivery and shipment arrangements
  • Participate in system testing to identify potential issues in order processing to ensure seamless transition to new system or day to day operation
  • Collaborate with external vendor and internal stakeholders in EDI POs and invoicing processing
  • Carry out other duties as required by the business

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Supply Chain, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in order management, inventory planning or demand & supply planning
  • Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude and mindset and willing to take up challenges
  • Proficient in MS Excel and M365, knowledge in Oracle system is preferred
  • Immediate available is an advantage
