Maintenance Controller
Qualifications:
Form 5 or above; diploma in a related field or experience in the aviation industry is an advantage
Possession of a valid driving license (Class 1 & 2) is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Mature, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude when dealing with customers
Proactive, able to handle multiple tasks under high pressure, customer-focused, business-minded, and with an outgoing personality
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
IT knowledge is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Job Planning and Control
Update and maintain aircraft flight schedules according to telex/messages provided by customer airlines
Update and inform all relevant parties of any changes in flight movements
Aircraft Handling Records and Documentation
Collect and organize all aircraft handling records, reports, and technical documents, including handling forms, tech log pages, check sheets, work cards, and fuel receipts; ensure all paperwork is signed and stamped as required
Package all required documents with the aircraft handling form and forward them to Accounts for billing processing
Effective Internal and External Communication/Coordination
Acknowledge all incoming messages and relay relevant information to concerned persons or parties
Coordinate with AA and customer airlines as necessary
Follow communication procedures as required in customer airlines station or technical handling manuals
Send debrief telexes as per customer requirements
Control System in Maintenance Control Center (MCC)
Ensure all office equipment in the MCC is functioning properly
Ensure all keys for GSE are securely stored when not in use, and that users driving licenses are kept properly while GSE is being operated
Other Duties
Carry out any other duties as assigned by direct superiors
