Job Duties:
Provide legal support for all types of business and daily operations of the 公司名稱, including but not limited to IPO projects, ECM/DCM transactions, financial advisory services, litigations, arbitrations, and daily operation related matters;
Work closely with business teams and external lawyers (as the case may require) to prepare, review, negotiate and advise on various types of agreements, contracts and other types of legal documents;
Maintain in-house templates and review internal policies from legal perspective;
Provide legal advice to senior management of the 公司名稱 on various matters regarding business and daily operation of the 公司名稱 under supervision of department head;
Manage and review the performance of the 公司名稱's annual retainer lawyers and project external lawyers; and
Organize and prepare relevant legal training courses according to the 公司名稱's management needs or business development needs.
Requirements:
2-4 years PQE is a must
Able to draft and review reports to senior managements and legal documents in Chinese is a must
With working experience as in-house counsel in an financial institution licensed by SFC, or working experience in financial or litigation area of a law firm is preferred
Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability
