The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness of and develop the brand you are marketing
• Communicate with target audiences to build and develop customer relationships
• Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans, advertising campaigns, direct marketing initiatives, and activation campaigns
• Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
• Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or on the radio
• Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
• Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
• Produce creative content, including videos, blog posts, and newsletters
• Manage social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu, website) to enhance audience engagement
• Liaise with designers, printers, and photographers to organize photo shoots
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Conduct market research, for example, using customer questionnaires and focus groups
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, KOLs, and media (both internal and external)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Detail-minded, good coordination, and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Work well under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English (Native/Fluent will have higher consideration) and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Excel, MS Word, and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge in photography & basic editing skills is a plus
• Working 地點: Wanchai
