1. Perform valuation analysis/reporting/modelling with instruction from supervisors, and in-depth industry/market/competitor research;
2. Operate the Bloomberg terminal to seek various financial data and information for Business Valuation;
3. Conduct data collection / market research and site inspection to support our advice and opinions provided to clients for Property Valuation;
4. Writer reports of analysis/research and conclusions of findings and present in a clear and concise manner;
5. Assist in preparing proposals and presentation materials;
6. Handle general enquiries and supporting works;
7. Out of office work may be required such as on-site diligence, filing documents etc.
