We are partnering with one of the most established, vertically integrated infrastructure service group in 香港. To support their massive digital transformation and transition toward cloud-native operations, we are expanding our IT capability and hiring for three distinct Platform Manager headcounts to oversee specialized technical domains.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end system implementation, including architecture design, testing, deployment, and 24/7 post-go-live support for mission-critical IT platforms.
• Drive long-term IT initiatives focusing on cloud-native solutions, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies to improve operational workflows.
• Manage complex vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics while ensuring alignment and timely delivery of services.
• Spearhead the integration of microservices, APIs, and low-code platforms like PowerApps to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Recognised university degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 8–12 years of progressive experience in IT service delivery and large-scale system support.
• Experience in Physical Security domains, Metering Infrastructure and Meter Data Management Systems and/or Outage Planning, Notification Systems, and Enterprise Data Historians.
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and implementations across different cloud models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS).
• Hands‑on knowledge in technologies including .NET, JavaScript, PowerShell, T‑SQL, and RDBMS (MSSQL/PostgreSQL).
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Alibaba Cloud.
• Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable for metering domains.
