IT Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and related devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.

Respond to and resolve employee issues related to operating systems (e.g., Windows, MacOS), office software, and business applications, providing remote or onsite technical support.

Help onboard new employees by installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer equipment, ensuring a smooth start to their work.

Monitor and maintain the companys internal network, addressing connectivity issues and assisting in network optimization and security management.

Support the management of software licenses, ensuring legal usage and assisting in the evaluation and selection of hardware and software procurement needs.

Maintain an inventory of IT assets, documenting procurement, configuration, maintenance, and disposal information, along with conducting regular equipment audits.

Collect and organize common issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for employee self-service support.

Collaborate on IT project implementations, such as system upgrades and software deployments, providing necessary desktop support to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Previous experience in desktop support or IT operations is a plus; experience in the Web3 or internet industry is preferred.

Familiarity with installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and MacOS operating systems, as well as troubleshooting common office software.

Basic knowledge of audio-video products and experience with video conferencing support.

Understanding of networking concepts to address common network issues, such as connectivity interruptions and IP conflicts.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to quickly understand user needs and provide effective solutions.

Detail-oriented and responsible, with a strong service mindset and ability to work collaboratively under pressure.

Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and knowledge to support the companys growth.
