Responsibilities:
Maintain and support the technical platform to ensure good availability, performance, and security.
Perform regular network, system, and database management functions such as resource monitoring, performance monitoring, fault detection, backup and recovery, and security administration.
Provide friendly and helpful 1st and 2nd level user support, keeping IT Manager and Helpdesk informed of task status and escalating when necessary.
Resolve hardware and software issues.
Provide technical support for O365,VMware, Linux, etc.
Update job status promptly in ticketing and activity tracking systems.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a Information Technology.
3-5 years of IT support experience for Financial Services / Professional Firm/ MNC , etc.
Proficiency in Cantonese, English, Mandarin
Have programming experience or understand programing language is a plus
