Investor Relations Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare the Groups financial evaluation models in alignment with the Groups overall development strategy, business development plans, and operational goals;

• Assist the management on mergers and acquisitions, investments, capital operations and other related works, including industry research, due diligence, trend analysis, post-investment management, and other analysis;

• Prepare and update Groups data and materials in according to the Groups business development and financial performance as well as the latest products, technology, operations development;

• Conduct industry research and perform analysis and update on peers business, products, technologies, operations, and financial data;

• Maintain ESG-related work, as well as corporate news and media relations;

• Prepare semi-annual and annual financial reports, investor presentation materials; coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows post result announcements;    

• Provide support for roadshows, earnings calls, investor days and conferences;

• Maintain and update investors database;

• Conduct daily monitoring of analyst reports, news flow, and market sentiment related to the Group and its competitors;

• Support the team in ensuring compliance with regulatory disclosure requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields;

• At least 3 years experience in investor relations, capital markets, fundraising, corporate finance or related fields. With strong skills in building financial models;

• Strong analytical thinking in macroeconomics, industry research, company analysis, and business logic;

• Strong financial analytics skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and generate actionable insights;

• Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and adaptability;

• Work Independently with impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;

• Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English, with fluency in both Mandarin and English required;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point and Excel skills is essential), familiarity with Pivot Analysis Table is a plus.
