Investment Analyst

Our client is a reputable property developer with various portfolios in Hong Kong. Due to their ambition of growth, they are now recruiting an investment analyst to support their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Carry out in-depth market analysis for potential opportunities
  • Engage in the screening, selection, desktop analysis, and evaluation of proposed real estate investment projects both in Hong Kong and internationally
  • Conduct financial modeling to evaluate the portential investment projects
  • Perform due diligence for new investment opportunities
  • Prepare investment proposals and presentation on investment opportunities for senior management and stakeholders
  • Monitior the ongoing performance of the assets and portfolio companies
Job Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Economics & Finance, Business or above in related disciplines
  • Min.2 years relevant experience in real estate investment
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Excellent skills in excel and PowerPoint 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
