If you are a people‑oriented HR professional, we invite you to join our firm as a Human Resources Manager. In this leadership role, you will oversee the HR operations in full and lead a small team. You will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of HR functions, and play an advisory role
• Responsible for manpower planning and al地點, recruitment (professional, graduate and general support), on/off-boarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, training and development, employee relations, full set of internship and traineeship arrangements
• Oversee and manage the annual performance appraisal process
• Oversee regulatory and compliance filings required by government bodies, legal authorities, and the Law Society of Hong Kong
• Review, update and streamline HR policies and processes in consultation with HR Partners from time to time
• Provide strategic advice to Equity Partners on market salary trends and remuneration structure
• Drive and coordinate learning and development initiatives, including planning internal CPD courses and securing CPD accreditation with the Law Society of Hong Kong
• Oversee and lead legal recruitment and training: summer and winter internship, the Law Fair, graduate recruitment, Training Contract, and lawyer admission process
• Manage monthly payroll, MPF, and administer tax filings jointly with the Finance Team
• Manage and maintain accurate records in HRM and payroll systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Liaise with recruitment agencies for recruitment needs and review the relevant terms regularly
• Oversee and manage the renewal of group medical insurance, employees compensation, and professional indemnity insurance
• Manage and maintain consultancy services agreements
• Perform any other HR duties/projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a relevant discipline
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Labour Ordinance
• Experience in HRIS preferred
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with sizeable local law firms with at least 5 years in supervisory 職位s
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and other computer skills
• Analytical, detailed‑minded, people‑oriented, resourceful, adaptable, organised and flexible
• Trustworthy, reliable, independent and self‑driven
• Strong communication skills – fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
