About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions in 香港, supporting business growth and organizational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability, strong knowledge of 香港 employment regulations, and experience in financial services or related industries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, and corporate culture development, while partnering closely with business leaders and legal advisors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Lead recruitment initiatives and talent pipeline development aligned with business strategy.
Drive workforce planning and organizational capability development.
2. Performance & Compensation Management
Oversee performance management processes and ensure fair, transparent evaluation systems.
Conduct compensation reviews and support salary benchmarking and approval processes in alignment with group policies.
Design incentive mechanisms to support new business initiatives and enhance sales team motivation.
3. HR Policy & Governance
Develop and continuously enhance HR policies and procedures covering performance, compensation, and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with 香港 labour laws and relevant employment regulations.
Manage employment contracts and related documentation.
4. Employee Relations & Dispute Management
Provide professional guidance to employees on HR policies and workplace matters.
Handle employee grievances and internal labour disputes in a fair and structured manner.
Partner with external legal counsel when required.
5. HR Operations & Records Management
Oversee employee records management, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
6. Corporate Culture & Engagement
Champion organisational culture initiatives aligned with 公司名稱 values.
Design and implement employee engagement programmes to strengthen retention, satisfaction, and organisational cohesion.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in 香港.
Proven experience in workforce planning, performance management frameworks, and incentive design.
Experience operating within a Center of Excellence (COE) or structured HR model is preferred.
Industry background in at least one of the following sectors: Insurance, Trust Services, Immigration Services, or Wealth Management.
Solid understanding of 香港 employment law and practical experience handling labour disputes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Cantonese is required.
