Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and coordinate administrative activities
• Handle administrative tasks such as office management and supply procurement.
• Basic ability to resolve issues with office equipment, including printers, scanners, copiers, and computers.

HR Support:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR files.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying relevant employee data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Human Resources.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Ordinance and HR practices.
• Proficient in MS office for documentation, reporting, and data management.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
