Coordinate end-to-end case management and operational workflows for High Net Worth (HNW) clients. Serve as the operational point of contact for complex submissions, policy servicing requests, renewals, endorsements, and claim coordination—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and premium client experience.

Job Responsibilities

Manage HNW client cases from intake to resolution (new business, renewals, endorsements, servicing, and claims coordination).
Act as primary coordinator between:
- Client and/or wealth/advisor partners
- Underwriting/Operations teams
Collect, verify, and organize underwriting requirements (risk information, schedules, supporting documentation).
Own the operational cadence: follow-ups, status updates, deadlines tracking, and escalation when required.
Ensure data quality in broker systems (CRM/policy administration tools): coding, client records, coverage details, and communication logs.
Prepare and maintain case files and documentation for audit/compliance readiness.
Manage client service requests efficiently, including complex endorsements and coverage confirmations.
Identify process gaps and propose improvements (turnaround time, documentation standards, workflow automation).
Maintain confidentiality and follow broker and regulatory compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

2–5 years of experience in insurance broker operations, case management, or client services (HNW experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of insurance documentation and submission workflows.
Proficiency with broker tools/CRM and Microsoft Office (advanced Excel a plus).
Excellent organization, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with clients and carriers.
Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.
