Evonet is an online payment platform serving digital native sellers. Backed by CardInfoLink, TIS INTEC Group, BC Card and Sequoia, we enable digital commerce by partnering with card payment networks and digital wallets globally to simplify payments for our customers.

Responsibilities

· Lead a small team to manage key functions, including credit underwriting, fraud risk monitoring, customer onboarding, and support. 

· Develop and implement robust credit control policies to minimize financial risk.

· Effectively implement and propose enhancements to fraud prevention strategies.

· Implement measures to protect against various types of payment fraud.

· Streamline the merchant onboarding process while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

· Be the team that provides ongoing customer support to merchants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Qualifications

· University degree or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant experience

· Ability to take a holistic view of operational risks, streamline processes and be able to get hands-on when required.

· Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

· Ability to work well independently and lead a team effectively

· Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
