Head of Marketing / Senior Manager - Consumer Products, 100K

We are supporting a well‑established consumer products 公司名稱 with a strong local footprint and long‑standing brand presence, as they look to strengthen their marketing leadership team.

This is a senior marketing role with responsibility across brand strategy, portfolio management, and end‑to‑end marketing execution, working closely with executive management.

Reporting directly to top management, this role will play a key part in shaping and executing the 公司名稱's brand and marketing strategy in 香港, with potential scope to expand regionally over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies across key product portfolios, aligned with overall business and growth objectives
• Own annual brand planning, budget management, and performance tracking, ensuring strong ROI and commercial impact
• Partner closely with senior and executive management on strategic initiatives, business planning, and long‑term brand direction
• Manage and coordinate with external agencies (creative, media, digital, PR) to ensure consistent brand messaging and high‑quality execution
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support business priorities and market execution
• Leverage market data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform decision‑making and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor campaign effectiveness and market performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement
• Build, mentor, and develop marketing capabilities, with scope to take on people management responsibilities depending on seniority

Key Requirements

• Solid experience in FMCG / Consumer Products / Consumer Retail with strong brand management exposure
• Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders or executive management
• Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and hands‑on execution capability
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English (mandatory)
