Head of Data Management

A global insurance firm is seeking a visionary Head of Data to lead the transformation and execution of data capabilities across its business. As Head of Data, you will be responsible for delivering high impact data solutions that support strategic business functions across Finance, Customer, and Technology. You will partner closely with Head Office and senior stakeholders in local countries to define and execute a multi-year analytics roadmap that balances strategic vision with operational excellence and fosters a data-driven culture across geographies.

As Head of Data, you will be involved in:-

• Develop and implement a strategic data and analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Lead data collection, analysis, and visualization efforts to uncover actionable insights
• Champion continuous improvement and drive adoption of modern BI tools and platforms
• Collaborate across business units to assess data needs and deliver scalable solutions
• Promote a culture of data literacy and empower stakeholders
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance across all data initiatives
• Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership to influence strategic decisions

As Head of Data, you possess:-

• 15+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership roles
• Proven success in leading large-scale data transformation programs
• Insurance or financial services, with a consultative approach to business needs
• Expertise in analytics frameworks, data science, and business intelligence tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
• Experience working across IT, Digital, Operations, and Business teams
