About the Role & Your Growth: Ski Tech is expanding! We are launching 香港's most exclusive indoor Alpine Club & VR Ski facility this summer. We are looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven coordinator to be the face of our luxury club.

The Timeline: You will join us in April at our current, smaller studio. We call this the \"Relaxed Ramp-Up.\" You will use these 第一頁 few months in a low-stress environment to learn our VR ski technology, understand our high-net-worth clientele, and help us prepare for the big summer move. In August, we officially open the new Flagship downstairs, where you will manage the VIP Lounge, drive membership sales, and capture social media content. Growth Potential: We are a fast-growing startup. If you excel in this role, our goal is to promote you to Marketing & Client Relations Manager within 12 to 18 months.

Core Responsibilities:

• VIP Hospitality: Manage the front desk, greet clients, and ensure the Après-Lounge feels like a 5-star ski resort.
• Sales & Bookings: Manage the scheduling app, answer WhatsApp inquiries, and convert 第一頁-time \"Basecamp\" trial clients into full Club Members.
• Marketing Support: Utilize your downtime to capture photos/videos of our Olympic coaches in action, manage our Instagram stories, and help design basic promotional materials.

Compensation:

• On-Track Earnings (OTE): Expected HKD 25,000+ / month (Base Salary HKD 20,000 + High-Upside Commission Pool).
• The \"One-Club\" Commission Pool: Unlike standard gym roles, you get a 30% share of the monthly staff commission pool for every new membership sold across the facility. When the club wins, you win.
• Direct Sales Bonus: HKD 100 flat bonus for every trial client you successfully convert to a membership on the exact same day.
• MPF Contribution: 5% employer contribution as per HK Labour Law.
• Annual Leave: 14 Days paid annual leave (above the HK statutory minimum).
• Holidays: All HK Statutory & Bank Holidays off (or granted in-lieu if the club is open).
• Sick Leave: Paid sick leave in accordance with HK Employment Ordinance.
• The \"Ski Tech\" Perks: HKD 500/month MTR commute allowance, plus free unlimited access to the Sky Tech VR ski simulators during off-peak hours!
