We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Presentation and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Client Development & Engagement (“CDE”) team. In this role, you will design and produce high-quality, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, proposals and other marketing and communications initiatives across Asia. Your expertise in presentation design, formatting and visual storytelling will help create high-impact materials that resonate with clients and other priority audiences while reinforcing the Firm’s brand and supporting client engagement.

This role requires fluency in both English and Mandarin, including the ability to design, adapt and quality-check branded assets in both languages. The successful candidate will be comfortable working across bilingual content, partnering with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, and ensuring that materials are not only accurately localized, but also visually effective, audience-appropriate, and aligned with Firm brand standards.

In addition to presentation work, you will support a broad range of print and digital design needs, including brochures, newsletters, event materials, social media graphics and other promotional pieces. We are looking for a designer with advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook), strong Adobe Creative Suite capabilities, and the drive and judgment to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance professional services environment. Presentation Design

Design high-impact PowerPoint presentations for CDE initiatives, including pitches, proposals, client events and internal leadership communications.
Develop and manage custom PowerPoint templates, slide masters, charts, infographics and icon libraries.
Collaborate with attorneys, CDE professionals and other internal stakeholders to translate complex ideas and messaging into clear, visually effective presentations.
Design and adapt presentations and related assets in both English and Mandarin, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency and audience-appropriate localization.
Provide formatting, layout and design support for time-sensitive materials, often under tight deadlines and with input from multiple stakeholders.

Other Branded Assets

Ensure consistency with our brand and visual identity across all materials and touchpoints.
Support the design of print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, one-pagers, invitations, signage and social media graphics.
Format and prepare documents in Microsoft Word and Excel, as needed, with particular attention to polish, usability and brand consistency.
Retouch imagery and create assets using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Help maintain and evolve the team’s library of branded assets, templates and design standards for Asia-focused materials.

Digital Marketing and Other Responsibilities

Assist with light HTML tasks and the creation of branded email campaigns using email marketing platforms (e.g., Vuture or similar).
Support the visual execution of campaigns and communications across digital channels, including email, web and social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in presentation design and general graphic design, preferably in a law firm, professional services, or another fast-paced corporate environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including custom templates, animations and visual layout best practices.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign); working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin, with the ability to create, adapt and proofread design assets in both languages.
Experience with bilingual or multilingual content design, localization and cross-cultural stakeholder collaboration is strongly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Track record of managing competing priorities and deadlines while delivering consistently high-quality work.
Experience with basic HTML and email marketing platforms is a plus.

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree required; focus in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field a plus
