Responsible for delivering technical support to CHP end-users across workstation and IT infrastructure, including but not limited to the following areas:
a) Assist in delivering IT support services, including problem investigation, trouble-shooting, analysis, and issue resolution;
b) Deliver on-site installation and support services for hardware and software systems at the CHP, including PCs, laptops, domain accounts, email, VPN access, and mobile devices;
c) Gather site preparation requirements for IT systems, coordinate implementation details with business users, monitor installation progress, participate in equipment and system acceptance, and ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation;
d) Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders - including end users, product vendors and service contractors - to facilitate on-site service delivery;
e) Perform monitoring, event coordination, and facility management for the server room and Disaster Recovery (DR) site; and
e) Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Normal working hour: Mon 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri 9:00 - 17:45
Requirement Details:
(1) The proposed staff must have working experience in providing on-site support services to customer
(2) Good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
(3) Strong problem solving and analytical skill;
(4) Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure; and
(5) Previous experience in deployment and support of PC related H/W & S/W.
(6) At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in similar post and in a comparable capacity.
