General Manager (Scout Shop)

Main Duties

• Formulate and implement business strategic plans;
• Oversee the operation and business development of the Shop;
• Monitor the digital sales and ecommerce store;
• Build an effective branding and marketing strategy;
• Responsible for budget planning, sales targets and monitor suppliers performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of ten years experience in business development, marketing campaigns, brand building and retail operations, of which at least seven years at managerial level;
• Familiar with retail business operation of large organisation would be an advantage;
• Creative, strong business acumen and negotiation skills;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Proactive and flexible, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
