We are a leading global crypto exchange with a global licensing footprint and strong growth momentum. We are hiring a Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of finance functions, including financial reporting, treasury operation, tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

This leadership role demands a strategic financial leader with deep expertise in finance transformation, cross-border accounting standards, M&A integrations, and capital structure optimization. You will serve as the cornerstone of financial integrity, ensuring accurate reporting while driving process improvements to support the 公司名稱's global growth agenda.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Compliance Leadership
  • Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements for global entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Lead audits and liaise with external auditors, regulators, and tax authorities.
  • Implement robust internal controls and accounting policies for cross-國家 operations.
Treasury & Capital Strategy
  • Manage global cash flow, liquidity planning, and foreign exchange risk.
  • Optimize capital structure and financing strategies (debt/equity).
  • Oversee banking relationships and investment portfolios.
  • Develop tax-efficient structures for international operations (transfer pricing, VAT/GST, WHT).
  • Mitigate tax risks through proactive planning and compliance monitoring.
  • Lead responses to tax audits and disputes.
  • Drive financial due diligence for acquisitions/divestitures.
  • Lead post-merger integrations (financial systems, reporting harmonization).
  • Model synergy capture and ROI for deal evaluations.
Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and mentor a high-performing global finance team.
  • Partner with C-suite on investor relations, board reporting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Transform processes, implement automated and scalable financial systems (ERP/BI tools).
Qualifications
  • 15+ years in senior finance roles (Big 4 + corporate experience preferred).
  • Industry exposure in securities (brokerage), internet, fintech, or virtual assets is necessary.
  • Hands on automated experience in driving financial processes and systems.
  • Cross-border expertise in financial reporting (IFRS/GAAP), tax, and treasury.
  • Proven M&A track record from due diligence to integration.
Technical Mastery
  • Advanced knowledge of consolidation tools (e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion).
  • Tax software (OneSource, Bloomberg Tax) and treasury systems.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and team development skills.
  • CPA/CA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
