Responsibilities:

· Provide business finance support, including review financial statement of HK, PRC and overseas subsidiaries, reports consolidation and analysis, forecast & budgeting with value added comments.

· Prepare, coordinate and participate in annual and interim report publication.

· Supervise and lead finance teams (in HK, China and overseas teams) to run regular accounting function, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes, and maintain proper records & filing;

· Formulate and improve the group's consolidated report rules, complete the consolidation of financial statements; build a consolidated report system, financial annual report and other project-based and temporary work;

· Alert the management to the occurrence of abnormal items and abnormal data, communicate and report in time, and put forward improvement suggestions when necessary;

· Collaborate with department heads to address and resolve financial issues and provide strategic financial insights.

· Liaise with external stakeholders, such as bankers, lawyers, and auditors, to ensure compliance and handle financial matters.

· Monitor and assist in company secretarial tasks.

Requirements:

· Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline

· Certified Public Accountant (CPA, HKICPA) qualification is essential.

· Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience from sizeable organization or with a background in Big 4 accounting firms, with at least 5 years' supervisory experience.

· Candidate with company secretarial experience will be an advantage.

· Proven experience in a supervisory role, managing accounting teams, and overseeing finance department operations.

· Proficiency in management and financial accounting, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and tax computation.

· Demonstrated ability to perform budget control, analyze key performance indices, and provide present and future projections.

· Skilled in reviewing financial reports and preparing tax declarations.

· Familiarity with preparing management consolidation reports for multiple entities.

· Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
