Oversee loan administration and disbursement for various products (eg. HP, lease, mortgage, Premium Financing, term loan, etc.)
Job Summary
Oversee loan administration, disbursement, and repayment operations.
Ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness.
Support onboarding processes and cross‑departmental coordination.
Responsibilities
Loan Operations & Administration
Manage end‑to‑end loan administration, disbursement, and repayment functions.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
Maintain documentation and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Regulatory & Audit Coordination
Handle internal and external audit requirements.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal documents, codes of practice, and guidelines.
Cross‑Functional Support
Coordinate with internal departments to support onboarding and operational processes.
Lead internal workflow improvements and procedural enhancements.
Support ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
Requirements
Matriculated or above; Degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in banking/finance, with 3 years at supervisory level in loan operations.
Strong knowledge of vehicle, equipment, vessel, and mortgage finance.
Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks in banking.
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
High integrity, team commitment, and results‑driven mindset.
Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
