Educational Services Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Service:
  • Lead the Service team to deliver a premium educational experience for students.
  • Foster an inspiring environment that motivates students and alumni to engage with English, both in-center and online.
  • Ensure student satisfaction and learning outcomes surpass expected benchmarks.
  • Motivate and coach center staff to uphold service excellence.
  • Operations:
  • Manage daily service operations to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Guarantee student learning through effective quality control and the promotion of best practices.
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures to maintain brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the CD to strengthen the partnership between the Service Team and Sales Team, ensuring a premium educational experience and the achievement of sales targets.
  • Work with Human Resources to implement development strategies that support continuous improvement, staff retention, and high performance.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Team to ensure that corporate students receive a uniform learning experience, whether in-center or offsite.
  • Oversee the tracking, analysis, and reporting of center service performance and provide actionable solutions for improvement.
  • Encourage staff and students to trust and effectively utilize established educational methods.
  • Manage community activities within the center.
  • Drive engagement among staff, students, and alumni in informal learning communities through digital tools and social media.
  • Implement new products and systems as necessary.
  • Recruit, train, and develop service staff.
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels and schedule according to student needs.
  • Maintain the centers image and IT resources.
  • Teaching:
  • Oversee and maintain educational standards by teaching various classes and activities.
  • Provide coverage for other Service Team members as needed.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Identify key areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with the CD to support sales initiatives through effective client engagement and trial classes.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to the CD and National Service Manager.
  • Assist in various company functions as requested by the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bacelor degree in any discipline 
  • Have TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification (online courses will not be considered).
  • At least one year of teaching experience in English or Over two years of relevant teaching experience.
  • At least three years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
