What You'll Do:

• Manage our website, with the goal of creating a best-in-class online shopping experience, improving our conversion rate, and increasing organic traffic
• Continually monitor website performance and propose improvements in design, content, and experience
• Manage all content on the website
• Manage outside designers and developers to execute on design changes, including being the '最後一頁 set of eyes' before changes are implemented
• Design, run, and report on A/B tests
• Improve SEO through site optimizations and content creation
• Create a strategy for the Linjer blog and execute on it
• Evaluate, select, and implement software solutions that improve the online shopping experience, in collaboration with the Customer Experience team
• Assist in developing on-brand content for marketing campaigns
• Oversee Linjer's email channel in support of our marketing objectives
• Build and optimize Linjer's email content, cadence, and segmentation strategy for all promotional, triggered, and transactional email programs
• ​Regularly develop new ideas for engaging content for customers and prospects
• Assist in the design and creation of print materials and packaging

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of work experience, including experience with A/B testing, UX principles, and customer research
• You're digitally savvy and quick to learn new tools
• You're extremely organized and have a strong attention to detail
• You have strong problem-solving skills
• You're able to multitask, and you're a master of execution
• You're results-driven and have excellent analytical skills to help glean insights from data
• You're able to collaborate effectively at all levels in the organization
• You have a good eye and understand the Linjer aesthetic
• You have excellent English writing skills
